I would say no,they do look similar but I think the G series van has a wider frame rail spacing compared to a K5 or pickup..could be wrong though.
A salvage yard Hollander Interchange manual would likely list them if they would fit & work..maybe call one and ask ?..

thanks for the info. I thought these old vans would be a good source for bumpers.... but that it not the case.
