A guy in another forum is selling an 82 GMC high sierra with a corporate 12 bolt front axle. I've never heard such a thing. Does it really exist?

I think there was a post on this a couple of weeks ago and the general conclusion was no. There wasn't a corporate 12 bolt front.

From what I understand, Dana 44's have 12 bolts on the cover. That's what he's thinking of.

I have possi front and rear factory 12 bolts front and rear !
Oh ya Rancho springs front and rear 4 " lift.

You probably have a Dana 44 up front, it looks similar to a 12 bolt.
