Looks like a knock-off of the Tornado Air insert. I had one on my Nissan truck and it was a waste of money. Tornado claims that it gives like 20 hp in an impala SS, but I felt .oo1 hp in my nissan.

NO, they don't work.. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Do a search under Tornado in the garage. These come up every few months. Lots of discussion.
