DOM - Drawn over mandrel
HREW - Hot Rolled Electric Welded
DOM is stronger.

DOM- Drawn Over Mandrel, seam is hard to see, nice,smooth finish on outside and inside.
HREW- Hot Rolled Electrically Welded, seam is visible inside, you should be able to find the seam on the outside too.
thats about all I can tell you, I have some of each in the shop, just what I have noticed.

Well Clay the tubing looks to be HREW. But from what I have read this morning it should be ok for me.
