My condencer broke and it's ok because I want to take all of my A/C crap out of there, but im wondering how to run the belt and how much stuff can I take out from under the hood???

What engine year , brackets ?
TBI engines have a a/c pulley idler available for compressor removal , saw it in last LMC cat , bolts where compressor goes , keep same belt .
V-belt engines , you just remove a/c compressor , and use a belt long enough to go around p/s , fan , and crank only .
