I'm trying to remove the door glass on my blazer but I'm a little confused on how to get it out.

I found some instructions that said to remove the vent window and then slide the glass forward in order to get it removed from the regulator but I can't get the glass to move forward enough:

Am I supposed to bend those tabs out of the way, or am I missing something else.

You can see in this last pic, the glass isn't far enough forward to line up the wheel with the slot.

Well, I got both windows out today. I guess I just had to fiddle with it a bit more. /shrug

Now to spend a couple hundred dollars replacing everything inside. ugg.

The doors rattle like crazy so I'm trying to fix as much of that as I can.
The window regulators appear in good condition, so those will stay. I'm trying to decide on replacing the rollers though. The are $5 a piece and I'd need 6 of them.
The inside door handles are shot, so those will both be replaced. They still work, but they are sloppy and worn out. Same with the latches. They work, but everything is loose and rattly.
I'll be replacing all of the window padding stuff in both doors also. that will probably make the biggest difference.
