Door hinge install

Hey all, quick question. Im about to start on the hinge pins. The kit I got from Napa has splined sleeves and smooth sleeves. From looking at the tech article I can see where the smooth sleeves go but Im unsure on what to do with the splined ones? Thanks for any help

are you doing the quick release door hinges or just repairing?. i know that the smooth cooper looking ones go in the hole and create a buffer then ur pins on top and bottom go in with the head up. is that what u asked?

If Im not mistaking you will have some left over, When I did mine I bought the ones from the "HELP" section, and I ended up with extra bushings.
