door hinges- Where to buy?

Am I forced to go with the dealer on this? Up to what year hinges will work on my 76 K5? Local dealer has them in stock for $31 and $34 a piece. I know that's not that bad but I'd rather spend $70 bucks (after tax) on something other than hinges. I have changed the pins a few times and they work great for about 2 months then the door falls again. Just want to take care of it once and for all. Yea I know about the sleeve on the door jam stud. What's the outside diameter of that sleeve anyway? Could pvc work as a substitute?

Junkyards are the best. If the pin is loose you can buy a new pin and bushing set for less than $10.00 at most parts stores. Pretty easy fix.
