Door lock issues

On my 84 K30, my passenger door will lock but it won't unlock. I just replaced the door with another electric door and same problem. Could a relay cause this?

My drivers door lock won't work at all but I think it needs a new actuator.

Mine is doing the same thing. I have been trying to figure it out. But nothing so far.

spray all the moving parts with some lube, sounds like you might have a sticking latch assembly.

Its a new passenger door with the same problem though so I don't think its the latch assembly. If you put your hand over the actuator, its not even trying to unlock.

I have the same problem with my driver door lock. The thing works some times and then just stops out of no where. I think I have tracked the problem down to a poorly installed alarm by the P.O. or whats left of it Could that be the problem with yours? I think there are 2 relays one for locked and one for unlocked. Mine are under the dash near the driver kickpanel.
