door lock question

87 k-5 and 90 sub doing the same thing with the door locks. I cannot unlock the doors unless I push in the latch on the outside of the truck. Both have power locks (not functioning yet on the k-5). Pulling the interior handle will not allow the doors to be unlocked, but the outside will. I wouldn't worry about it, except if the windows are up with the door locked, you cannot get out!

Any suggestions or similar problems?

wd40 in the key hole and mech inside door if you can get to it. Has worked on my '77 many times

I have that on my 84 except it's manual so getting stuck is not a problem I can roll the window down and push on it.
I have yet to try and figure what is wrong, if i do I will let you know.

Use graphite before wd40, graphite won't attract dirt and dust.....
