Door panel - arm rest inexpensive custom option?so

the door panels could probably be saved but the material on the arm rests are cracking so has someone found an inexpensive option to make these usable and half good looking?

If you’re handy with power tools and willing to spend a little time on it then those should be relatively easy to custom make. Cut a base out of 1/2” MDF, spray some contact cement on the top and apply some foam followed by your choice of finish material, like vinyl or leather and staple it to the bottom of the MDF.
