Door Window difference between years.

A friend of mine needs a window for his door. He has a 1987 K30. I have some old parts from a 1974 model. LMC shows the door windows are different P/N. Will they interchange or not. I was going to give him the window if it fits.

Pretty sure the glass is thicker on the 74 ... so he would need to use the old window tracks as well.

Makes sense. My window tracks for the '74 are shot. Guess he will have to buy a window.

Were all the 1974 trucks / blazers thicker or were the windows thicker because of the full convertible? I had never thought about that.
