Anyone with their door panels off, can you look inside your door LOL and see if when you roll the window down, does your window stay in the side tracks all the way down? Neither of my door windows do and I need to figure out why. I'm thinking the PO mounted the track mounts to the inner skin in the wrong place in which case I'd need to know where your track mounts are mounted if possible.

Tired of my windows flopping around when you roll them up and down.

They should stay in the tracks.
Does it come out of the front or back track?

They come out of both the front and the back. Hence why I'm thinking the PO put the doors back together wrong.

They are adjustable, have you messed with them yet? The rear one is known to break loose from the lower mount, it's just a matter of welding it back on, or even drilling a 1/8 inch hole and screwing it back together with a counter sunk screw.

Everything is intact, I just think where the tracks mount to the inner skin is bolted to the wrong hole.

I can grab my window and pull it out of the tracks when all the way down, the adjuster is all the way maxed inward. Mine is worn out and I just pull it out of the tracks when it is down so I dont have to hear it banging in the door while driving, or I wedge a piece of cardboard in there. I can put it back in the tracks and roll it up, I definately need a new piece of felt in there...

yes i just had mine off for a swap and if the track is missing the window chanel which does die of dry rote then they will flop around check your chanels with a flashlite if the fur is gone you can buy new 6 ft strips from jc whitney
