well i don't have pics yet, but this is what i did. i removed the pin from the hindge and welded a peice of pipe (steel) with a 3/8th I.D. in between the two ears and the drilled out the outter hindge to 3/8ths now i use a 3/8ths bolt to hold them together and bingo removagle hindge pin. i hope to get my first half door done this week end.

As I said above, I just went and got some 12 pin quick disconnect wiring harnesses and used those for my PW/PDL/Speakers wiring in the doors, it works awesome. Any electrical store should have them, were a couple of bucks...
