I have an idea, Daniel. How about subscribing to FULL DISCLOSURE. It will really help your business.
If a machine is down or out for 4 weeks then you will probably need to add those weeks to the lead time on any order.
Same goes for ANY custom centers, rock ring, or ANYTHING.
Now, outside of JUST delivering the product ordered with an apology, I have yet to see ANY type of SERVICE RECOVERY on your part. It is just that. I personally have not seen it, so that does not mean it does not exist, or that I am personally attacking you, but if it is happening, then post it.
I mean if you have given someone a deeper discount because the delivery time that you stated was doubled in actuality, then post it.
Whatever your form of SERVICE RECOVERY is, then post it.
I have truly read every post I could get my hands on about your business, HOPING, everything would plateau, but it seems more like a roller coaster of Customer Service. With that said, I am sure 40% of the gripes are bogus, but I am sure the documented ones are as close to the truth as they could come.
Good luck. I really want to order some of the aforementioned wheels for my Michelins and I actually have all the time in the world to wait, but at this point in time I think it is the PRINCIPLE that your customers are claiming.

Why hasn't he been banned from CK5? Honestly. My post on this thread is #137 and the most recent. Its a joke what i've went through with my order and I told him when I ordered that I was going to post my pics and experience on here. I have been 100% truthfull about my experiences and after everything was said and done, I'd wish I paid more and gotten them from someone else.
He might as well be banned, the last time he logged on was 1-12-07
