I talked with Steve and now have a vendorship for Double beadlocks. The reason I applied here is I want an Honest feedback system for specific customers.

We offer 15, 16, 16.5, 17, and 20" Civilian Double beadlocks. We also offer 20" military double beadlocks as well.

The system Steve and I approved was a feed back system like ebay.
You make an order and post the following:
When ordered:
How many days to delivery:
Quality level of welds:
Quality level of paint:
Quality level of accuracy.
Customer service quality:

Just wondering, what to stop you from screwing people w/ shoty parts? i understand the feedback thing, but i am still very leary of purchasing products from you/ your company (even though i do like whats offered). besides getting your "good" name dragged through the dirt some more, what reassurance do we have from you that the quality will be whats expected from a ck5 vendor?
 
yes i would like to know this also? and if you pay with a cc some cc companys have buyer protection offered.
 
I wouldnt be in business if I was screwing or sending out crappy parts.
And when we did send out a mistake or problem we fixed it immediately at our cost. Our % of problems is very low now that we make all of our own product.
You all believe what you read? Most I have read is Not true. there are several satisfied wheel customers here on CKS especially the hummer center customers.

The idea here is this:

You order a set of wheels:
I take the order and you take notes, critiquing our performance:
I take pictures of the wheels before they leave. (keeps everybody honest)
You critique your wheels in the above areas:
I get a feedback section for reference.
Everybody wins.
 
I'm gonna give you a positive feedback.

On a tuesday I ordered a set of hummer centers and orings. I am very pleased with the quality of the products. They shipped that day as promissed. However FEDEX sucks and they took 2 weeks to deliever them to me. I know its not your fault but the centers arrived to the fedex terminal 45 mins from my home and for some reason they were transported to 3 other terminals. They pass by my house twice going between terminals before finally being delieved the following friday. I called and got the tracking # from you and you even checked it for me. So another + for your customer service. Only complaint is maybe check into a different delivery service. FEDEX SUX.

BTW I was just on your site looking at Rockwells since I'm never gonna find a D60. :doah:

We ARE in fact switching to a Pitney Bose system next tuesday.

Attn: Business owners. I used to exclusive ship with fedex ground based on price. Pitney bose for $30 per month continues my % discount with fedex and extends that ot UPS AND DHL!!! so when I ship a package I can choose from 3 carriers based on price and delivery time OR customer preference! THATS NICE! wait they do metered USPS service too. Just FYI...
 
I'v said this a couple times but again I was pleased with your pressed centers as well. I want to say at the time I ordered mine I spent 200 bucks for 5 shipped and they work great, I can run my truck up to 65 mph with no problems, and changing tires in the front yard with nothing but a impact is cool too.
 
hmmm... prices seem decent, might have to place an order when I step up to 42 TSLs...

It wasnt that i beleived everything i read, its that i believed what i saw, i have seen previous pics. with this new feedback system and the recent good reveiws i may have to look into getting some wheels soon

Alright everyone, I have come to an arrangement with Daniel, he did indeed resolve the situation as he said he would. It deffinitely changed my perspective on his business. :thumb:
