Alright everyone, I have come to an arrangement with Daniel, he did indeed resolve the situation as he said he would. It deffinitely changed my perspective on his business. :thumb:

That's good to know.

I only wanted to know for 2 real reasons.

1. I hate to see anyone get shafted.

2. I'll be in the market for some beadlocks of some type, in the near future, and would like to know who I'm dealing with.

Kuddos to Daniel, for getting this resolved. :waytogo:

I was wondering if you could do the rock rings in this style font and if would cost extra for it to be done?

Can you tell me what font that is?
I think we can it looks clean enough to cut :)

Cgusman, that is a funny Icon next to your name... :D

yea, the font is abaddon. Would there be an extra cost for the custom font, or is it just a flat rate for the rock rings? Thanks.
Cory

Cory we do not charge for custom design work
It just $55 per ring for custom rings, (laser programming is extra) your cost $50 ea.

I have looked and I dont have that font, do you have someone with CAD 2004 and that font? I can help from there ok?
Please send me an email [email protected] so we can get this rolling,
We did this for Pavement sucks.com and I think it worked out well.

And for those of you spotting that is a weld sample as well....

I spoke with Daniel on the phone the other day about new centers for my H1 rims. As soon as i get my D60 sold i will be ordering them, and as he stated in his first post i will report back on how the transaction went.

Here is something of interest too.....While on the phone he mentioned a new product for the H1 beadlocks. Not sure if he wants it too be public knowledge or not so i will let him post up onthe subject. I assure you it is an original product and sounds cool as hell though:D
If they do go into production i will be ordering them.

I ordered one replacement center from Daniel for an H1 rim and it shipped out when he said it would and looks great. I welded it in and checked the runout. It was was roughly between .040 and .080. That is unmachined too. I just bolted it to the factory lug pattern with long bolts and welded it in. Then cut the factory center out with the plasma. I'm not even going to bother machining it. 42's are WAY more out of round than that.

Daniel,

I'd be interested in hearing about the new product for the H1 rims since I have a set now.

Thanks,

Ryan

Thanks for posting that. I would have never thought about doing it that way. It should make it a little easier for me to do it at home. I will probably just tac weld the new centers in place, then bring it to the welders on base and let them finish it......They have a Nuc-Welder there who i really trust. The type of welder that can weld up a hole in a soda can and make it look good.

I wish this post would have been about a month sooner, so I could of saved a little money. I orderd 4 centers for H1 rims and a couple of o-rings. I got my order in 2 days, and had them welded in the following week. The centers were of exelant quality and I would order from daniel again. Now I am whaiting on my paint and some rock rings. That new product wouldnt be a rock ring would it? :D
