Double Beadlock Wheels

Would you be able to make a military H1 beadlock 10" wide? If so what would the cost be for 4 with 3.75" BS shipped to residential 50315
 
Since you are able to widen them, dosent that also mean you have to have a wider runflat? And if so, is that a extra cost?

Jmd4x4, I'll do a TTT for you because I want to know also, but I he will do away with the runflats, or keep them and use a piece of PVC pipe, or only use PVC pipe as the way to get double beadlocks.
 
I'm interested in a set of rims

I emailed you a week ago about pricing and haven't heard back yet.

I have a set of 46" Michelin military tires and am interested in a set of 20" double bead locks. They will need 4" backspacing with 8 lug x 6.5" bolt pattern. Black in color. Shipped to business address at 38652. Can you give me a price.

the runflat would most likly be discarded, and a pvc or there new one piece thing used, some dont like the run flat as it limits the air down others cut off the run flat off and just use the inner portion as the lock.

just got mine h1 rims 6x6 recentered of a member need to take a good look at them yet, one is wonky

Darkshadow is right the wider wheels will require a wider insert and yes we make them for $50 ea ...

I ordered a set of 5 16.5 x10 doublebead lock form USA6x6 on December 1st 2005. When I called and spoke to Daniel, to place the order, he answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. He gave me several shipping options to help save me some money. I did receive the 10% discount because it would save me more than the free shipping option. Daniel said the turn around time on the set of wheels would be about 5 weeks and that he would call me the day the rims were shipped. I will keep you posted on how the rims look and function as well as when they arrive at my house. Thanks.

UPDATE 12/28/05 my wheels showed up !

Yes he did get me my first set in 2 weeks like he said he would

As for the 2nd set I deleted this because I said I would.

I am given him the chace to make this right.

I will keep you posted.

I called ray when I was told he had a problem,
Ray got 8 wheels from us, 4 8 lug and 4 M715
I asked him what the problem is and he tells me 2 centers are machined too deeply. I said i will believe him and send him 2 wheels and I am going to get those back because Iwant to see them.
He also got 4 PVC inserts.
Raysaid the 8 lug ones look "fine", and the weld quality looks "good"
howver he did not understand that recentered wheels do not get paint. they are sandblasted only...
ray said I lied, I am not sure where and will wait for his return call to find out where?
8 weeks? Why= 3 weeks to order first centers for M715 pattern (thats how long it takes) I did order the wrong centers I ordered M715 for the 16.5 civvy wheels not hummer centers, So I had to reorder when I saw my mistake. next order took 4 weeks to get here, the day the plates arrived we shipped them to him and he had them the next day.
Ray said he would delete his posts if the two wheels met his standards.

yes I was happy with the 1st set of wheels.
Yes Im happy with the beadlocks.

Maybe thats why im so pissed about this set.
 
Spoke to daniel this morn (Thur).
He is sending 2 wheels to replace the worst 2.

I should have them friday afternoon.

I will update this post when I receive them.
 
i did drop these off back in november around the first. it was 8 hummer shells to be recentered, as a matter of fact, i still have the reciept from when i dropped them off. at that i time, his worker (one of them) told me it would be two weeks or less. daniel was gone, so his wife (i think) in the office filled out a reciept on the wheels and i called ray on my cell while at their business and let ray talk with them on my cell to make sure he knew i had dropped them off and when and they knew what he wanted done to his wheels. i think instead of getting my wheels recentered, i am going to use spacers front and rear.
