Can anyone tell me what a double t case does and how it works and why is it better??/ thanks the mule

Well, you actually only use the range portion of a NP203 case and then an NP205 behind that. The range portion gives you the choice of high range for a straight through gear (1:1) into the 205 or shift it into low range and "double" your 205 gearing.

Now if you twin stick the 205 you can even have front axle only or rear axle only.

it gives you 4:1 low range. not necessarily cheap, but very strong.

it lets you have many more options
2:1
4:1
or Front wheel drive only if you get the right shifter setup

Hmmm...all I have is a 241 and it still went pretty quickly. :p:

More options for different situations.
