Other then ORD, who else makes a 203/205 doubler kit? I searched on here and came up empty....

Northwest Fab (Canada) does and Jed's Machine used to but not sure if they still do.

I have an ORD Doubler, great kit.

I like the fact ord is 1 piece solid unit .

just seen to many threads pull from aluminum over the years .

and who re-clocks there t-case all the time . its a set it and forget it .

I have 2 ord doubler kits and 3 sets of there shifters and installed TONS of there stuff.

never used one of there kits but these guys do good products also . http://stazworks.com/doublers.htm

If you look into the details of the parts, there is a reason that ORD costs a little more. The have taken the time to test their stuff themselves and find out how to build a good product.

They are also great with customer service, and a great to talk with!!

Honestly, ord seems to have the market cornered. A solid adapter that doesn't require consumer welding is definitely going to be a better product in my opinion. Guess time to start saving my pennies...lol

I just did a NWF doubler. One of the reason's I went with NWF is because I can clock it in .5" increments up to like 7"... Right now I have mine clocked 1" up, but not installed.

I'd just run trail gear dual cases, you can put 4.70 in the rear case. Really reliable

I got mine from Jeds because a friend of mine had run one on his Bronco and recommended him. He was definitely the cheapest I found, but it took him damn near 5mos to get it done. No big deal for me since I wasn't in a hurry, but something to consider.

Anyone have an idea as to the cost to rebore the input bearing opening on a 205? Picked one up cheap that's 10 spline and want to upgrade to the 32 spline for a future doubler

I have been planning for couple hundred for the 205 machine work in mine. I was able to find a complete 32 spline case so I'm not worried about that now.

i keep looking, but only find complete ones for near 500

I like everything I have ever got from ord! I have their 241/205 doubler. They make great stuff

There's a reason why ORD doesn't offer a 10 spline doubler..its the same reason you can't buy grenades and old dynamite.

I've purchased a lot of things in my 50 years on this planet and only one time in my life has the CEO of the company ever crawled under my truck, without being asked, in the baking 100 degree sun, on a dirty rocky trail in Moab and completely adjusted the entire shifters/ linkage on my transfer case/doubler so that it worked perfectly, all because 1 rod was rattling a little too much for him. A doubler that he didn't originally install or put together just sold the parts for. Companies that are willing to do that level of customer service will always get my money. Lucky for us this board has quite a few of them.

I have Experience with both, you honestly wouldn't be upset with either one .

The clocking options on the NWF kit are very nice, but at the same time it is one more possible failure/leak point (not that I have seen or heard about that happening )

The second generation ORD kits are a pretty big improvement on the 1st design , simple and fairly easy to install .

Honestly I think it comes down to who ever has the better deal on shipping hahaha.
