Doubler output Shaft

Stephen,
Who makes your output shaft? I'm trying to make a modification to the 203 and need to talk to someone about custom making a gear with that tooth setup. Let me know plaese!

You have just reached the boundary of proprietary information. I can tell you that there are a number of shops qualified to do the cutting work, the re-heat treat is just as important as the shape and not everybody can do that. I'm sure there are others here with some info and there are MANY sources on the web for similar info.
