\"Doubler\" owners, lets see your shifter setup pics!

Since my Dual Transfer Case setup has the NP203 clocked 180 and the NP205 rotated up flat, I cannot use a setup like ORD offers. Do any of you have a custom rotated Dual Transfer Case setup which you took photos of?

The lever for the NP203 will now be on the drivers side of the tranny hump, and then the twin stick NP205 setup will be in the factory hole (hopefully).

Did any of you install a body lift to clear the transfer case?
