Will my 1991 V2500 Suburban with a 4L80E in it have DRAC or VSSB? Where is it? I looked around the ECM and couldn't find anything.. trying to find it so I can recalibrate it once I get my new tires.

Yep, take a peek just behind the dash near your ash tray, they sometimes got put in back there.

I forget which its called, but there is a thread around here somewhere for that year. I have a 91 too. You need to remove some connectors with a LOW heat soldering iron, and replace with a 7 pin DIP switch. You can make an 8 pin fit and skip the last dip, but i bought like 6 7 pin's off ebay for nothing.

If you want, i can put one in an envelope to you for practically nothing. I don't need as many as i had to buy.

I haven't upped my tires size yet, so haven't looked. I remember seeing something just below the radio though, that looked just like that. Can't be much help there though.

That's cool, gives me a place to look :D

What is the thing with large aluminum heat sink clipped to the bottom of the column? Doubt it, but thats another appropriately sized black box.....

That's the wiper module.

I always thought the VSS or drac was the little green box behind the gauges connected by a little ribbon cable to the back of the speedo. Usally on the top of the steering column.

That one is indeed the VSS, but isn't the DRAC. The DRAC was introduced when the speedometer cable was eliminated and a pulse sensor was installed in the tailhousing of the tranfercase or the transmission in 2wd applications.

The DRAC was just under the dash about where your right knee is when you are sitting in the driver's seat. It is a white box a little bigger than a pack of playing cards.

Look down at the bottom of this page for info on what I did with my DRAC.
