Today I went to the annual big rig truck drags today in Epping New hampshire. THey have heavy duty and light duty trucks, well there was a totally stock 89 Jimmy there. it had 31" tires but stock other than that. The guy was running consistant 17.70 et's. Just thought some would like to know what a 5000 pound brick would do in the 1/4 mile.

Not to bad for a brick. The 31's might be stock because on my 89 31's are the stock tire.

We have what they call street nights here at Race City.
Every Friday night any street car can go in and drag the 1/4 mile.
It was set up to get the drag racing off the streets and has become very popular.

We were thinking of putting smaller tires and giving it a go or maybe a smoke show

Lots of fun

They have street drag at our closest track and do a full on truck day one weekend a year for all kind sof trucks large and small. I want to take the willy's whenever I get it done, kinda like a " my built rig did what compared to you $40K lot bought rig?"
