Check the relationship between the angles of the ends of the drag link. The flat tops of the ends need to be on the same plane with each other, so that the whole drag link can easily twist from side to side on the ball joint ends as the suspension cycles and steers. If the ends are angled away from each other, such that the drag link can't move enough, then they will bind in some situations. The power steering system is stronger than the draglink, so guess who loses in that contest? /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
