First, I need a drill press... I'm tired of doing this crap by hand! 
Second.... I'm a cheapskate.
So, I was looking at Harbor Freight's junk.
But, I know how notoriously sh*tty their tools are.
And any cast metal they make is just crap.
I'm thinking that flea-market/yard sale search,is what I'll be doing.
I know exactly ZERO about drill presses.
So a full "this is what to look for" would be helpful.
