Did all trucks/blazer/jimmy/suburban 73-87 come with drip rails over the door? I seem to remember seeing some that didn't. THanks in advance and sorry for the newbie question.

Nope, not all came with them.
Im thinkin they started coming from the factory with them in 1974 or 75. Before that, there was a cheesy aftermarket set that was made of plastic you could get. The blazers had them as part of the top all along.
