in the back of your brain
so my drive line all spring and 2.0-2.5" flip ( home brew flip kit )
t-case is 3.0 degree down .
14ff axle is 9.0 degree up .

or if i swap in a angle milled 1" zero rate i have i get . and thin to the back thicker to the t-case end to point the pinion down .
t-case 2.8 degree down.
14ff axle is 6.2 degree up .
if i swap it i get around 12.5 degree up pinion .

my shaft went from 55 1/8" to 55 1/2" length cap to cap center .

i want to dial in the degree and then get my ride height set and get the shaft done up with a new tube to legthin it .

any stupid easy trucks i am missing ? angles and heavy math make me go crazy .

talked with jesse at ord and i need to get a few more specs and he said he will get me dialed in no problem .

said he would like to know the angle the driveshaft tube is at in the truck .

all right here is a lot more info @Rugby_7 at ord .

t-case yoke center to ground = 26.25"
rear pinion yoke center to ground = 16.25"

drive shaft i have bolted at t-case . then held up with jack stand . then chunk of angle iron on the bottom with the u-joint cap lined up as if it was in the yoke . angle iron lined up as if it was the cap in the yoke .

drive shaft tube angle = 10.50*

t-case yoke = 3.4*
14ff yoke = 10.0*

all specs with digital angle finder set to zero on shop floor in the middle of the shaft area for a average .

the shaft is a aftermarket spicer yokes / slip joint on shaft style / thickwall 3.5" tube dia / 1350 spicer u-joints .

hope this helps us figure out what degree wedges i need . thanks for the help buddy :waytogo:

So a couple of options to get those angle happy. Can either do 6* down or 5* up.

this was the one i found . much more basic of your pic .

and thanks for the help .

options were 6* down to make yokes the same .

or 5* up to make the angles the same . and you said one of the other guys has been running this and no problems in his long bed .

so i chose the 5*up change since ord has not got me wrong on my stuff .

CV joints work the same way, if you think about it.
