'99 Yukon, 2WD, gov bomb, 132+ thousand miles.
It has a very annoying clunking noise in the drive line. This occurs when stopping, starting, and sometimes on whoops (wonderful Oklahoma roads) right after a stop. Dropping the drive shaft and greasing the shaft where it slips in to the transmission eliminates the noise for a while but it comes back.
Does anyone have access to service bulletins that could explain this or advise on a fix.
