drive shaft ??

I know this was talked about not to long ago or maybe it was a long time ago but I can't find it, I was wanting some info (sizes, pictures, experiences) for making a square driveshaft. I know I remeber a thread that gave some good info on it. Any help would be great, thanks.

Would it be worth while to add zerc fittings along the 2.5" shaft

Don't even bother with the zerks if you are going to be crawling. They will just get ripped off.

One thing I have learned from the few drivelines I have made is, they are noisy when your in 2WD, make sure it does not stop on itself when it collapses on compression.
