So im starting to think about upgrading my drivelines and i have a few questions
1. I am thinking about CV's front and rear, so i will need a output flange for the rear, does anybody know the spline count, pressure angle, etc for a 205 transfer case so i can look around for stock yokes that will work.

2 At the axle what is better a yoke using ubolts or a flange yoke that is bolted to a pinion flange?

3. Where would i be able to find a 1415 DC joint in a stock aplication? the largest i have found so far is the 1355 in the dodge ram aplications

thats it for now, thanks in advance for any help

All 205 rear outputs are 32 spline.

You have more U-joint size options if you use the flat flange rather than a yoke.

ttt, to add to this i forgot to say what my plans were, for the rear 2.75 tube with 1415, maby 1485 if i can find a slip yok in steel for it and a CV at the tcase and just opposit of that for the front

Here is what I did for the rear of my blazer with an NP205. The front flange from a NP241 will bolt to the back of a NP205(different seal is required). I got one at a junkyard for $2.50. I had a local driveshaft shop make me a CV shaft from a newer dodge 3500 front CV shaft. The CV has 1350 joints and can flex to 32 degrees. This CV will bolt to the NP241 flange as well as the stock front 205 flange. 3rd gen Dodge trucks will commenly eat front driveshafts, so finding a core should be cheap. The dodge CV is made by Neapco, but they use low end saginaw joints so I'm told. I had spicer life series joints put in the cv and at the axle end. The yoke and slip from the dodge shaft cannot be used since it uses a 1330 joint. Find a truck with a carrier bearing drive shaft and and take the 1350 yoke and splines from it.
