I have a 1989 blazer just put in a dana 60/14 bolt. I've ran this combo before on another rig and didn't have to change the drivelines just lengthened the rear. But for some reason this time the rear driveline is not fitting in the 14 bolt yoke because of the u-joint c clips. Also before I get too far into this problem i'm going to put in a turbo 400/205 soon will I need different drivelines at this time? or will these half ton stockers work?

u joints are different from half ton to 1 ton if that is what you are saying. So if you are trying to reuse your driveshaft that worked with your half ton axles, you will need to have a conversion ujoint put on it.

Also, if you are going to be swapping in a 400/205 soon, you mine as well wait, because your shaft will likely need to be altered anyway. what trans and tcase do you have right now?

700r4/np208 that's weird cause like I said I ran 1/2 ton stock shafts on my last dana 60 front.

Sounds like you have 3r on the shaft (snap rings on the caps ) and 1350 on the axle , there's a simple cross joint that could be used . Should be a 2-1153 Neapco . Jess
