So I just got this truck and the drivers seat floor pan is cracked where the seat bolts up on the back right corner. What have you guys done to repair this? The issue is not releated to rust as the truck is a cali truck and rust free.

Thanks

When i did mine I added plate over top of the mounts to help spread the weight out.

Add holes that will line up with the bolt holes, and then cut a larger square and tack around it imo.

Weld up the crack first.

Mine was cracked on the drivers and passengers side. I also had a rust hole on the drivers side so i just put in a new floor pan. As for the passenger side i just beat the floor back straight and welded up the cracks. My comfort is more critical:D.

Mine was cracked as well. At 3 holes and a total of 23" of crack. Felt like I had air suspension when I drove it cause the seat would just float around. Peeled the carpet back and welded the bastard up. I'll plate it someday.
