drivers side door

the drivers side door on my truck had the door handle all part so i used to have to stick my finger in the hole and unlock it or open it through the inside. I got the handle back on but im not sure how to connect the handle to the door mechanism . I think thers a pin but im not shure how it goes on. I realy dont want to take the pasenger door panel off just to see how it goes on

i bet youre gonna have to take it off, thats the only way i figured it out. or you could look at the lmctruck.com exploded veiws.
