See below - my driver’s side window is coming off track when I roll it up (manual windows) It popping out about half way up. This started happening after I put new seals along the bottom of the windows (outside and inside seals) The seals have been there for 6 months now…. Any ideas?
When I roll up the window I have to pull the top edge of the glass towards me while I'm rolling it up...this makes it jump back on track...

I wqs wrong about the adjustment. Mine doe4s the same thing, and I thought I failed to properly adjust the track when I put it all together with the new seals. The problem on mine are the inner seals pushing on the glass. This morning I pulled the panel off and looked and the only thing I see to do is reach in and pull the track towards the rear to try to make the glass stay in the track. Maybe replacing the track would fix it, but bending the track mounting bracket slightly helped mine.

Take the door panel off and you will see the track extending down from that vent window, this can be adjusted with a few bolts in the door area, it's pretty obvious once you get the panel off what you will need to loosen and move around. If i remember right, there should be an adjustment for the rear track as well, below door sill line, if i remember the track extends downward at the rear too, and is adjustable. Been awhile since i messed with them though in my dually when i had all the windows out for replacement and a perfect tint job. :D

it worked ... I just played with the bolts and use a pry bar to move the tack inward a bit. works fine now.... no more holding the steering wheel with the knees while I use both hands to roll up the window...
