On my truck , I will be doing a 14 bolt swap as soon as I get the rear axle.

The truck currently is lifted six inches with blocks and add a leaf in the rear ,has a ten bolt rear with factory unmodified driveshaft.

When the 14 bolt goes in, I plan on replacing the rear blocks and possibly the add a leaf with an echobit shackle flip with the factory springs.

Now my question is ....will I have to buy a new driveshaft or get it lengthened/retubed? If it's a pinion or angle problem , I have some leeway I guess because I have to move the perches anyway since the 14b is out of a k30.

What say the brotherhood?

depends on when you do the shackle flip.
if you keep it at the stock location with stock length springs. then shouldnt.
when i did mine i reversed the springs to push the wheelbase back a few inches, so now i'm coming up short, but that was a choice.

also you'll probably need a conversion u joint.
