You would think with the nose-high attitude. Keep in mind how a diff gets lube up to the pinion. Rotation of the ring gear throws fluid up and forward bathing the pinon bearings. You can add a little more fluid if you want. Too much and you'll just be churning the oil and foaming it up. I'd start with a 1/2 quart.While not a good picture… given the new position of the axle, the pinion bearing looks like it would live high and dry almost? Is there enough splashing that takes place in the diff to where I’m good, or do I need to add another fill bung higher up on the cover? Also, there’s no vent port that I see on the diff, should I add one on the cover as well?
