driveshaft dillemma

OK.. 74 k5... 6 inches of lift...

14 ff and NP203...

Had driveshaft cut down to size and balanced.. it has no vibes... but the front u-joint gets hot... it didnt before... it's a new u-joint, has grease...

could it be the angle that is too much for it????

i have not dropped t-case yet...
