i have a 6inch lift on my 87 k5 and i never really noticed this till a friend pointed it out, my drive shaft is at some seriuous angles and idk how it is even still in the T-case, its got about 5inchs from the top U-joint to the T-case so lie maybe an inch or 2 actually inside of the tcase, anyway whats an easy way to fix this, i was lookin at those double cardan shafts or what ever and that would fix this but there pricey, a longer shaft would help to but then agian price, what i kinda want to know is am i going to have to suck it up and put out for ether of those or what i was thinking is can i take a front drive shaft out of another k5 cause the front ones came with the double cardan cv driveshaft thing and if i can just take the actual shaft part off of it and take just the double cardan part and put it on my rear it would supply the 2-4inchs i need and give me better driveshaft angles, will this work or has anyone tryed this? if not what should i do, any other cheap suggestions are greatly welcomed lol thanks

you could potentially drop the tcase an inch, but its not a good mod IMO. it makes the front shaft angles worse, then it is real rough on the frame right there.
youll need to make something up real quick to lower the crossmember and support the weight with some plate or something.

or you could just lenghten the shaft a few inches.

yeah i much rather lengthen the driveshaft a few inchs then mess with my tranny or tcase, and i think my t-case is already clocked down some from previous owner, i think, not sure, how would i go about lengthing it, have to go to a driveshaft shop correct? i hoping if i take out my 3inch blocks from the back that have no angle cut in them and do a shackel flip it would reangle it better and push the axle closer too right?
