Yea there are some stories out there about them, but I've heard they are not that bad when it comes to buying d-shaft parts. You might wanna call Jesse at HAD, he does sell d-shaft parts seperate

my bros actually just looking for the part number of a 1350 series CV joint with a slip for the rear on a 208. hes not actually getting a shaft from either of them. we just cant find any info on one at all. all we find is a shaft with a CV on it. like on H.A.D. but no info about what company it is on the actual CV. ill try calling HAD for him...

Is this what you're looking for?

See if your local guys can look this up in a catalog for you to see if this is actually it. I searched the internet for a Neapco unit, but this says PTI (whatever that means). The website I got this off of didn't have a picture, but it sounds right off the top of my head (keep in mind I'm just a college kid, not a driveshaft guy). I'd start with the Neapco catalog :dunno:.

Specifications
Part Number 3503-32CV
Type of Part transmission slip
Make PTI
Model NP 208/231/241R
Series 1350
Vendor PTI
major diameter 1.3780
number of splines 31/32

CV

Edit: I'm guessing that PTI= Powertrain Industries. So, yeah, it should be a Neapco part that they are just an online vendor for. I know the driveshaft shops around here can get Neapco parts because that's what they built my shaft out of.
