Hey guys, i just put my dana 60 in my k5 with 350/700r/208. My driveshaft is to long to bolt up by like 1" it seems. I know its gotta be shortened but how should i do it? and how do i measure properly for suspension droop and such? thanks guys!

which driveshaft (front or rear) and who's gonna shorten it. if you're egtting it done the guy should know. if you're doing it yourself i think i went bout less than half the splines on the shaft itself. if it's rear there's a good chance it's sliding into the t-case right??
if so i'd go more than halfway in. just slightly more though. just my opinion

sorry.. i assumed most thot front. Yes its a dana 60 front, and i guess deciding if ill do it myself or not is a matter of cost...
