Driveshaft?

I just finished swaping in my drivetrain from a 1 ton, which includes a np250 rear yoke output. I am looking to get a driveshaft for the rear, either made or bought from a junkyard modified for my blazer. Now the question I have is what kind of vehicals came with a rear shaft that would slip in the middle since the 1 ton had a center carrier. Also if I would do a shackle flip out rear with 56" springs how much travel in the shaft would I need to accomadate the flex?
