Would a drive shaft lengthen for a 4 in. lift, fix the driveshaft vibes for a 6in. lift?

Depnds on the shafts. Vibs are caused by poor u-joint angle or a improperly balanced d-shaft (i.e. a wieght gets slung off). Does your current shaft have a cv? what about the new shaft?

no on the cv. Its a stock shaft from an 84 k5.
A cv shaft & the proper pinion angle will be the right way to fix your vibe. As far as your question goes I don't know.
