driveshafts for k5 build

well my blazer is almost done (for now) and the last piece i need is a driveshaft. the truck has a d60 up front and a 14ff out back with a sm 465 and 205 tcase. i know someone on here has done this swap so i need to know what to tell the driveshaft place. since the drive shaft no longer slips into the back of the tcase how should i have one made? i have the stock front driveshaft for the 10 bolt so is there anyway to get that to work or should i just have a custom one made? any comments and pictures will help out tremendously.
