drop hitch maximum

I was wondering what kind of drop hitches you guys have seen made for lifted trucks. My burb is going to have approx 7 inches of rear suspension lift. Is it possible to have a hitch made with that kind of droop without any problems?

I've seen more drop than that.... But it does depend on what your towing. The also had side supports to keep it strong....
