Droppin the tank on a 98 Suburban? Please quick.

My little sister and brother in law and my parents are stuck quite a distance from here and they have no fuel pressure. I'm thinkin the in tank fuel filter or inlet has gotten clogged and they need to drop the tank.

Now then, he's loosened and removed the straps but the tank still doesn't want to come out. Why???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Filler neck? there are 3 screws inside the gas fill door, and 2 rubber buttons. Just cut the buttons and let the screws do their job when you put it back together.

Does it have a reciever hitch?
