so im installing my lift(8incher) and i figure im gonna hafta drop the tcase about 2 inches, my question is how do i do this? i have a np203 mated w/ th350. however it looks as if the only thing holdin the tcase in is that its hooked up the tranny, there is no xmember for the tcase, only one for the tranny, do i just drop the tranny xmember 2inches? if that doesnt work then how do i drop the tcase?

I think dropping it more than an inch is a bad idea. Puts too much stress on the motor mounts, may cause the fan to hit the shroud. When you putting the lift on?

yeah 2 inches is too much, you can use the spacers that are on top of the frame and just swap them in between the bottom of the frame and the top of the transfer case - doug
