Drum Brake Hardware??

So I am going to order the brake harware kit for LMC and they have two different sets, one for a 73-75 and the other for 76-91. Are they thinking that the 73-75 are 12 bolt and the other is 10. I have a 78 axle under my 75 but it is still a 12bolt. Anyone know???

The brakes are bigger on later axles is all , which means the hardware is slightly longer . Order what you need for the year brakes your running .

why lmc ? high prices and shipping charges.

go to local parts store and ask for brake hardware kit .

and to know the drum brake size measure inside face to face of drum. then measure the width of 1 shoe.

this could be like 9" drum and 2" wide shoe. or 11" drum and 2.5" shoe. just examples of measurments.

Yes, as said earlier, check with your local parts store. Kit should be around $20 IIRC.
