Everytime the brakes are hit the truck will pull eather to the right. It happens going fast or slow..

May be a swollen brake hose. Check your hoses and calipers. Those are the two most likely causes.
Just inspect the whole brake system. I say this because weird things do happen. After changing my rear shoes, the side my friend was working on had the auto adjuster fall out of place and jam between the drum and shoe. Not good.
Anyways my point is, it's easy to overlook stuff, just go through the whole brake system, could be any number of things; air, old lines, clogged lines, contamination, mechanical, etc.

Now that I think about it theres a very bad granding noise when I stopped 1 time like a metal on metal gring it was bad but it stopped. Ill Get on it while Im replacing the fenders.
