There's a version of drunk chicken that chinese people make. You dont do it the same way (you dont use a can) but you basically use your favorite beer, or whisky, soak the chicken in it, then steam it. Waste of alchol if you ask me. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Beer can chicken, quite popular- We used to do it by adding garlic and other spices in the beer- salt and pepper the outside, wrap in aluminum foil.
cook until done. Yum!
